Pilot Terms of Use

Last updated October 19, 2026

Introduction and acceptance

These Pilot Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FltLvl 410 LLC ("FLTLVL410", "we", "us") that governs your access to the FLTLVL410 pilot features and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating a pilot account or using the pilot features you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We may change the Platform from time to time, including its features, integrations, eligibility requirements and fees.

Our role; not an employer

FLTLVL410 is a technology platform that helps operators post trips and helps pilots find them. We are not an air carrier, charter broker or employer, and we do not operate, dispatch, schedule or control any flight.

You use the Platform as an independent contractor of the operator that hires you, not as an employee of FLTLVL410. Operators, not FLTLVL410, decide which pilots to hire, release flights and are responsible for the trips they post. Our verification checks do not replace the vetting, dispatch policies and trip releases that operators and pilots owe each other.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the onboarding requirements we publish for pilots. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that your certificates, ratings, medical and other credentials are valid for the flying you accept.

Flying carries duties set by regulators, insurers, operators, airports and other parties. FLTLVL410 does not certify that any trip complies with those duties. You are responsible for deciding whether you are legally qualified, current and authorized to fly each trip you apply for.

Account registration and security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and devices secure, for turning on multi-factor authentication when it is offered, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@fltlvl410.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Keep your profile and documents up to date. Inaccurate, expired or misleading information can lead to suspension, because operators rely on it when they review and hire pilots.

Identity, credential and background checks

To use the Platform you agree to complete the identity and credential checks we require. These may include verification by a third-party provider that reviews an ID document and a selfie, review of the documents you upload, and look-ups in the public FAA airmen registry.

Where you authorize one, we may also order a background check from a consumer reporting agency. We give you a separate disclosure and ask for your authorization before that happens. If a check cannot be completed, or its results do not meet our requirements, we may limit or refuse access to some or all of the Platform.

Applying for and flying trips

Applying to a trip is an offer to fly it on the terms the operator posted. A hire is made when the operator accepts your application through the Platform. Once you are hired you are expected to arrive prepared and on time and to fly the trip as posted.

Cancellations and no-shows are handled under our Cancellation Policy, which sets out the fees, the settlement timing and the limits on applying again after repeated cancellations. That policy applies to every trip you apply for or accept.

Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. To be paid you must set up a payout account with the processor and give it the identity, bank and tax information it requires, and you agree to the processor's terms.

Payouts are released under the rules shown in the Platform, which can include holds while a cancellation, no-show or dispute is reviewed. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. Where the law requires, we will report payments to you to tax authorities.

Electronic records and signatures

You agree that we may give you notices and agreements electronically, and that your typed name is your electronic signature. Our Electronic Signature page describes this consent, how to withdraw it and what happens if you do.

Acceptable use and professional conduct

Deal honestly and professionally with operators, other pilots and our team. Do not use false or misleading credentials, impersonate anyone, harass others, or leave ratings and reviews that are untrue.

Do not interfere with the Platform or its security, use it through methods we do not provide, collect other users' information for purposes outside the Platform, or misuse content shared with you in confidence.

Intellectual property and feedback

FLTLVL410 owns the Platform, including its software, design and trademarks. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you give us a license to host, display and use it to run the Platform and to share it with operators as you direct.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you give FLTLVL410 a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to evaluate and improve the Platform.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Although we verify certain credentials, we do not guarantee that trips will be available, that any operator or pilot will perform, or that information posted by users is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FLTLVL410 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform.

Except for liability that the law does not allow us to limit, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You will indemnify FLTLVL410 against reasonable defense costs and damages arising from your misuse of the Platform, your misrepresentations, or your violation of aviation regulations or other law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or the Cancellation Policy. Where reasonable we will warn you first, unless the risk requires faster action.

You may stop using the Platform at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Notice. Sections that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability and indemnity, survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which FltLvl 410 LLC is organized and by applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You and FLTLVL410 agree to bring any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform in the state or federal courts located in that state, except where the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the law requires, notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Notices and contact

For questions about these Terms, or to send us a legal notice, email support@fltlvl410.com and include "Legal" in the subject line. We may send notices to you at the email address on your account or through the Platform.
